Resolution Options
Once we verify your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions based on your preference and product availability:
1. Free Replacement
If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you, including:
- Free expedited shipping on the replacement item
- No return shipping charges for the damaged/incorrect item
- Priority processing to ensure quick delivery
2. Full Refund
If you prefer not to receive a replacement or if the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including:
- 100% refund of the purchase price
- Refund of original shipping costs (if applicable)
- No deduction for return shipping
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive confirmation of the issue.
3. Partial Refund (For Minor Defects)
In cases of minor cosmetic defects that do not affect the functionality or wearability of the item, and if you wish to keep the product, we may offer a partial refund as compensation.
Return Process for Damaged/Incorrect Items

Carrier Damage Claims
If your package shows obvious external damage upon delivery:
- Document the damage with photos before opening
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible

You are not responsible for filing carrier damage claims—we handle this process for you.
